How the honest price tag works.

On most listing sites, you only see what the seller is asking. Here, every home also tells you whether that price is actually fair.

We check every home against real sales

When an agent lists a home, we look at what similar homes nearby have actually sold for recently, the real transaction prices, not opinions. Then we compare the asking price to that, and give it a plain verdict:

Good dealThe asking price is below what recent sales suggest it's worth.
At fair valueThe price is right in line with the market.
Above marketThe asking price is higher than recent sales. We tell you, honestly, even though an agent listed it.

When we're not sure, we don't guess

Sometimes there just aren't enough recent sales nearby to be confident, especially for rarer homes. When that happens, we don't invent a number. Instead of a verdict, we simply show you the comparable recent sales and let you judge for yourself.

This is the important part.

A verdict you can't trust is worse than no verdict. So we'd rather stay quiet than mislead you, and the "fair" range is set wide enough that normal price movement never wrongly flags a home. When you see a verdict here, it means we're actually confident.

Only real, verified agents

Every agent is checked against Singapore's official public register of licensed agents (CEA) the moment they join, and we confirm the name matches the licence. Someone can't sign up using a stranger's licence number. It's how we keep the fakes and scams that plague other channels off the platform.

What this means for you

You can see, at a glance, whether a home is worth enquiring about, without needing to be a property expert. Fairly priced homes stand out. Overpriced ones can't hide. And the agents who choose to list here are the ones happy to be priced honestly.
