For agents: your name, email, mobile, and CEA registration number (which we verify against the public CEA register). For buyers making an enquiry: your name and the contact details and message you choose to provide. We also collect basic usage data to run and improve the service.
We use agent details to verify you and to run your account and listings. When you enquire about a home, we pass your enquiry and contact details to that listing's agent, and only that agent, so they can respond to you. We do not sell your personal data.
A buyer's enquiry is shared only with the agent for the listing enquired about. Agent name and agency are shown publicly on their listings, as required for property advertising. Access is restricted and your data is stored securely with our infrastructure provider (Supabase).
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing propsightsg@gmail.com. We will respond in line with the PDPA.
