We do not act as an estate agent, we do not broker, negotiate or match transactions for a fee, and we are not a party to any dealing between a buyer and an agent or owner.
The fair-value verdict, and any value figures shown, are automated estimates based on recent transaction data. They are provided for general information only. They are not a valuation, not financial or investment advice, and not a guarantee of price. Where we are not confident, we do not show a verdict. Always do your own checks and seek professional advice before making a decision.
Agents must be validly registered with Singapore's Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), must have the property owner's authorisation to advertise, and are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Listings must comply with the CEA Code of Ethics and Professional Client Care and all applicable laws.
You agree not to post false, misleading, duplicate or dummy listings, not to impersonate anyone, and not to misuse the platform. We may remove any listing and suspend any account that breaches these terms or our listing guidelines.
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on any listing, verdict or information on the platform, or from any dealing between users. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
